By commissioning me I will automatically assume you read and approved of these.
1. I DO NOT have an estimated time i will be getting your commission done I'll get any art that is commissioned done asap!
2. I Will be taking Fridays~ sundays off! I will not be sending updates on coms that day! i will be doing personal work/stuff during thoses days so PLEASE DONT SPAM ME!!!!
3. I have the right to use the art I produce as future examples, If you are not ok with this please inform me before you commission me.4. Please don't claim my art as your own, credit me on any of my socials properly!5. Please do not trace/steal my art! Or if you find someone doing so please report it to me do not harass people!6. For vrchat avis, if i do not own the avatar YOU will have to buy it for me on top of the base price, and you also have to own it your self! it's most avatar makers rules (this also goes for clothing too)!7. I do not do blender work! i do not know how to use it yet! please don't bug me about it when i say no.8. DO NOT RUSH ME If your want you art done fast and have a date you will need to pay a %10 rush fee9. For Ref sheet Coms, They WILL take longer then normal art coms because i do try to aim to make them the way you guys want your sonas to look! so please understand that it can take a bit longer. Update will also be sent through visa DMs when i am working on it!10. I WILL BE SETTING A LIMMIT ON HOW MUCH I TAKE
i will be only opening for 5 slots at a time! so its first come first serve! once willed i will close work on art and reopen when im done with the last art thing!11. I WILL BE CHARGING FOR COMPLEX DESGINS NOW!!! i didn't do this before but this was one of my major reasons why i burnt out cuz i took more work for a low price. ill be working on the math on the up charge it will be for hard sonas/Ocs. it wont be a lot but it there be !

payment will only be through paypal!For Trades i will not send the final product until the art on your end it complete. if found using art before the trade is complete you will be blacklisted.I WILL NOT do refunds for any of the digital art Unless I physically can not complete the job!Payment plans only will be accepted if its over $200!
